MEMBERSHIP
Users are to provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information about yourself during Registration and are to promptly update your personal profile from time to time to keep it valid to date. Users are prohibited from using a login name or email address, which breaches the intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
Pansingmag.com.sg reserves the right to prohibit the use of any login name or email addresses which, Pansingmag.com.sg in its sole discretion deems inappropriate.
USER'S ACCOUNT
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to agree in accepting the responsibility for all activities that occur under his/her account or password.
Children under 16 who wish to purchase from Pansingmag.com.sg are only permissible with the involvement of a parent or guardian. All transactions conducted through Pansingmag.com.sg are regarded to be in full consent and acknowledgement of the child's parent or guardian.
Pansingmag.com.sg shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by users as a result of unauthorized use of user login and password.
ONLINE CONDUCT
Any conduct by a User that in Pansingmag.com.sg's sole discretion restricts or inhibits any other User from using or enjoying Pansingmag.com.sg will not be permitted. User agrees to Pansingmag.com.sg only for lawful purposes. User is prohibited from posting on or transmitting through Pansingmag.com.sg any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
TERMINATION OF USAGE
Pansingmag.com.sg may terminate User access, or suspend any User's access to all or part of Pansingmag.com.sg, without notice, for any conduct that Pansingmag.com.sg, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another User, a third-party Provider, a Merchant, a Sponsor, a Licenser, a service provider, or Pansingmag.com.sg.
THIRD PARTY CONTENT
Pansingmag.com.sg is a distributor and not a publisher of content supplied by third parties and Users. Pansingmag.com.sg has no more editorial control over such content than does a public library or newsstand. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers or other information that constitutes part of content expressed or made available by third parties, including Providers, Merchants, Sponsors, Licensers, or any other User of Pansingmag.com.sg, are those of the respective authors or distributors and not of Pansingmag.com.sg or its affiliates or any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents. Neither Pansingmag.com.sg nor its affiliates, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents, nor any third party, including any Provider, Merchant, Sponsor, Licenser, or any other User of Pansingmag.com.sg guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness or any content, nor its merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
In many instances, the Content available through Pansingmag.com.sg represents the opinions and judgments of the respective Provider, Merchant, Sponsor, Licenser or User not under contract with Pansingmag.com.sg. Pansingmag.com.sg neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made on Pansingmag.com.sg by anyone other than authorized Pansingmag.com.sg employees. Under no circumstances shall Pansingmag.com.sg or its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any loss or damage caused by a User's reliance on information obtained through Pansingmag.com.sg. CONDITIONS OF SALE
ORDERS
We accept both local and overseas purchases. However, subscription is deliverable within Singapore addresses only. All subscriptions are subject to availability. Pansing Distribution Pte Ltd reserves the rights to restrict and/or reject any orders received for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.
PRICE
All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice. From time to time, certain publishers may increase the subscription charges/rates of their magazines and/or the number of issues during the relevant subscription period. Pansing Distribution Pte Ltd reserves the right to increase such subscription charges/rates and/or such number of issues accordingly during the course of the relevant subscription period, however and whenever it shall deem appropriate in its sole discretion.
MODE OF PAYMENT
We accept payment in Singapore Dollar through credit card, cheque, demand draft drawn on a bank in Singapore.
FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY
The actual delivery date of the first issue will depend on how frequent the magazine is published and when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the publisher. Fulfillment and delivery are subjected to 4-6 weeks upon payment. All deliveries are within Singapore only via Singapore Post.
Delivery will be charge where applicable.
RENEWAL
For existing customers, please send in your renewal of subscription to email: infomags@pansing.com. We will also send you a renewal reminder before the expiry of your subscription.
CEASED OF PUBLICATION
Pansing Distribution Pte Ltd shall make other title replenishment in order to fulfil the subscription order.
TERMINATION
Upon order confirmation, Pansing reserves the rights to reject order cancellation if any.
